Ladies at the Lab is a fun night out. The bigger goal is to create a space where women can feel comfortable while also learning things they can carry with them beyond that night.

What you’ll take home

  • Knowing what real consent looks like
  • Trusting your gut when something feels off
  • Knowing how to get help on a night out
  • Looking out for your friends, and for each other
  • Knowing where to turn if you or someone you know needs support

It’s a fun night first. Along the way, MESA shares tools you can carry with you, and some of it is best learned in person. Every month we hand out safety and resource cards, and keep it relaxed, never formal or intimidating.

You don’t need a reason to come.

You don’t have to be a survivor or already connected with MESA to attend. This is an approachable space to learn about MESA, meet the MESA team, access resources if you want them, and have a fun night out.
